ミッシー・パイル（Missi Pyle, 1972年11月16日 - ）はアメリカ合衆国の女優である。

テキサス州ヒューストン出身。

おもにコメディ映画に出演。1999年のコメディ映画『ギャラクシー・クエスト』のジェーン・ドゥ（サーミアン星人）役で注目された。その他、ティム・バートンやベン・スティラー作品に顔を出している。また、『マイネーム・イズ・アール』や『HEROES』といったテレビシリーズにもゲストで出演している。

2008年には『ボーイング・ボーイング』でブロードウェイの舞台にも立った。

近年は女優のショウニー・スミスと共にSmith & Pyleというカントリー・バンドでも活躍している。
